The proof of payment must be attached to the form as indicated in the form.

Participants from Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, Angola, Mozambique and East-Timor will be able to pay only when they arrive in Portugal. In that case, when they register, they must prepare a signed personal declaration indicating that they will make the payment on that occasion. This declaration must be attached to the registration, in the same place where it is requested to attach the proof of payment.

For issuing a document by the IPT (invoice/invoice-receipt), the full name, full address, telephone contact, e-mail address and NIF/NIPC (or tax register in the country of origin) must be indicated.
